Rome, 29th July 2026 – Following its Partners’ Meeting, international law firm Gianni & Origoni unanimously approved the firm's 2025 financial statements and renewed the firm’s Executive Committee as well as Compensation Committee, both of which will serve a three-year term.
The new Compensation Committee comprises:
Paolo Bordi,
Matteo Bragantini,
Gerardo Carbonelli,
Filippo Cecchetti,
Kathleen Lemmens,
Ottaviano Sanseverino, and
Raffaele Tronci. In order to make available the extensive experience gained through his service on previous Executive Committees,
Antonio Auricchio has been appointed as an additional, non-voting member of the new Compensation Committee, succeeding
Rosario Zaccà, who had served in the same role since 2024.
