Maria Cristina Consoli assists and advises Italian and international clients in relation to real estate and M&A transactions, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of real estate, corporate and commercial contracts.
She also gained expertise in regulatory frameworks for banks, financial institutions and insurance companies, along with corporate governance matters.
From 2014 to 2018, she worked in the Firm’s Real Estate Department and then in another leading Italian law firm until 2020. After a one-year experience in the Legal & Corporate Affairs office of a bank, she won two national competitions, becoming therefore an administrative and legal officer in two different Public Administrations.
In April 2025, Maria Cristina joined Gianni & Origoni again.
After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University LUISS Guido Carli of Rome, she held two second-level Master’s degrees.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
