Carlotta Viscogliosi primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising Italian and foreign companies on M&A transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of shares or equity interests, businesses and business units, mergers and demergers, as well as on corporate governance and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements and various types of commercial contracts.
Before joining the Firm, she gained experience at a leading law firm based in Rome.
She graduated in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2023 and obtained, at the same University, a second-level Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law.
