Laura Notaristefano specialises in corporate and financial markets law, with a particular focus on Equity and Debt Capital Markets transactions, M&A transactions and corporate governance matters involving both listed and private companies. She advises companies, banks and funds on capital markets and extraordinary transactions, including IPOs, bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked in the legal department of a company operating in the financial sector, where she focused on securitisation transactions and related corporate and regulatory matters.
Laura graduated with honours in Law from Roma Tre University in 2024.
She is enrolled as trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
