Filippo Verducci works with the Energy and Infrastructure Department, where he handles M&A transactions, contract drafting, and the banking and financial aspects of project finance transactions in the energy sector.
Before joining the firm, he gained experience at a leading international law firm based in Rome, within the Corporate/M&A department, and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at a boutique firm specializing in commercial law.
He earned his Master’s degree in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, defending a thesis in European Business Law titled “Companies, Sustainability, Interests.”He is teaching assistant of European Business Law in the School of Economics and Management at the same university.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
