Mauro Sambati is Co-Head of the Korea Desk at Gianni & Origoni.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance of private and listed companies along with corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience in the acquisition and divestment of share holdings and going concerns, leveraged buyout transactions and private equity deals, also in the drafting of share purchase agreements and related transaction documents, including shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts, as well as in the overall management and negotiation of M&A deals.
He graduated in Law from University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and joined the firm in 2000.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
